Oh Bran, you little liberal tart, you! When will you learn that what's good for a multi-national corporation is good for everybody? Even Ronald Reagan's Alzheimer-riddled brain can see that if you give Halliburton $1.7 billion, only 97.4% of that will end up in the pockets of five or six corporate executives. And they will use it to enrich the travel industry by flying to Argentina a half-dozen times a year and pay big bucks to do things that are illegal in this country with 8-year-old boys and girls.

And that still leaves an expansive $44,000 that can be used to pay the salaries of dozens of slave-laborers churning out gun barrels, firing pins, and ammo cartridges for shit wages in India. It's all a rich tapestry of exploitation and profit. Why can't you and your bleeding heart posse see that?

And what, pray tell, would you and your liberal buddies have done with that $1.7 billion? What? Throw it away on frivolities like education and basic health care for Americans who couldn't otherwise afford it? I cluck my tongue at you.
